I bought the 2023 TT Deluxe + State. I downloaded and installed with no issue. I started a new return and when asked to transfer 2022, I selected the file, entered the password and received no errors. However, every field is blank in 2023. It says let's verify the information but all is blank. I've used TT for decades with no issue. Is this a known issue. I tried twice with same result. Help please.
