I have never had this problem in the past. I always have to file my M1PR later once I get my property tax statement.
The M1PR is supported for filing on our end but both sides must be ready. I was able to eliminate the form by selecting renter and then NO to the situations. This yields "ineligible for property tax refund". This will get rid of the form and not affect your tax return. It is just a program function, it will not have an effect when you file M1PR later.
This also did not work. I am going to mail my return. I'm not going to wait until March 15th to file which is when MN will accept the M1PR
