2019 State taxes download

Hi! 

I have filed the 2019 Federal return for corp through TurboTax Business and need to file the State return. When I try to make a purchase through the link in TurboTax it returns Error. Is there a way to fix it or maybe purchase State Tax Return Software somehow else?

Does the error have any message?  If no one suggests anything in this user community forum, here's how to phone in to speak to TurboTax Support.  If necessary, I believe they can take your payment on the phone and push you a download of the state software.  

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8 PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

You can use this contact form to get an incident number and phone number, but wait until they are open, or it will just say "closed."

In the form, indicate CD/download for Windows, then for edition choose "Business."
