You didn't say what TurboTax product you are using. It sounds like you are using the CD/Download TurboTax software. Is that correct?

When you print, are you selecting "Tax return, key calculation worksheets" or "Tax return, all calculation worksheets"? You have to select one of those two options for the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet to be printed.

Are you sure that the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet is not in the PDF of your tax return? It would not be near Schedule D. It could be quite far down in the PDF. Use Find in Acrobat Reader to search for it.

Is the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet listed under Forms in My Return in forms mode, or do you only see it by using Open Form? If it's not in Forms in My Return, it's not being used to calculate your tax.

Is there a Schedule D Tax Worksheet in the PDF of your tax return. In some cases the Schedule D Tax Worksheet is used instead of the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet.

If all else fails, open the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet in forms mode and click the Print button to print just that form. Or open the Print Center, select Specific Forms, then check all the forms in the selection list, including the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet.

if you entered the qualified dividends correctly, select print, select tax return,  all calculation   worksheets, select save as pdf. open the pdf. then use "qualified" without the quotes to search for the qualified dividends and capital gains worksheet. note that on the actual 1040 there is no indication that the worksheet has been used to calculate your tax.
