2018 Amendment in TurboTax?

In the guidance for amendments the 2018 program says the following:

1. You should now be working inside the copy you'll be amending. Inside your program, search for amend and then click the Jump to link.
2. Select Continue on the We'll help you change (amend) your return screen.

What do you mean by “Jump To” link? 

I need to file a 2018 amendment; however, I cannot find how to get TurboTax to print out a 1040X. I followed the guidance above but it never seems to “help me amend” and only allows me a make changes and then it will print out a new 1040 which I do not believe is the right answer. I am getting frustrated; please help!!

Awesome answer! Got it and printed out the amendment. 

One more question, when I printed out the 1040X it also printed a fresh clean copy of the 1040 (with the appropriate changes). I assume we send both the 1040X and the new 1040 in but cannot find directions as to whether to sign the new 1040?

You do not send in the new 1040. The whole purpose of 1040X is to show corrections and it is all that's needed.
