My wife got a 1099 nec for contract work. She only earned 3447 dollars. We are filing jointly. I have no idea how to answer all the business questions on turbo tax. How should I go about this?

The most important questions are the business name which is her name, and the business address which is her home address (unless she has a different business location). The Business Activity Codes can be found in this link.  Select the code that most closely resembles your business's activities. If you can't find a code that applies, you can enter 999999
