R0000-504-02 Error

I have a phantom Dependent and SSN in my return causing errors after attempting to file.  I was initially filing with that person but decided not to, and can't seem to remove them despite thinking I've done it.

The person and SSN is not listed in my dependents, but is still listed as an error to fix, yet am unable to delete that person from my forms.  Am using the Mac desktop app, and this is INCREDIBLY frustrating.  Anyone know how to fix this?

If you have Desktop, go to the FORMs mode.

I don't have a MACH, but I think the program is similar.

1. In FORMs mode
2. On the left side near the top
3. You will see Personal Wks (Name)
4. If the name of the phantom individual is there, Highline it
5. Then Delete Form (Located at the bottom of the page).
