If you have Desktop, go to the FORMs mode.
I don't have a MACH, but I think the program is similar.
- In FORMs mode
- On the left side near the top
- You will see Personal Wks (Name)
- If the name of the phantom individual is there, Highline it
- Then Delete Form (Located at the bottom of the page).
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
