Hello. A little background: I'm a single Man living alone; I'm on Social Security Disability (SS) & have a limit of how much I can earn part-time in addition to my benefits; I formerly had a regular part-time job until about July 2022, working about 15/wk. Now, I have a not so regular part-time job working occasionally only 5-8 hrs/wk (events are 2-3 hrs at a time). These hours now are more than previous times of off/on work doing liquor branding work providing sampling. I am being paid directly from a LLC, similarly to a contract position but no contract forms or tax forms filed. What should my filing status be? I am staying within the limits of SS earning and its not a regular job, only now and then work. I have an unemployment claim open but my amount earned weekly is about $25 more than unemployment would provides, so I'm not receiving unempl pay every week.
Okay, there is one question above but I need a bit more tax anticipated info with my facts given above regarding this position. I have completed my taxes the last couple of years with Intuit. Thank you.

Hi @SGA3477 - thanks for your question!
Since you are single and live alone, it sounds like your filing status would be Single. TurboTax can handle a filing with the different types of income you have. You can report your Social Security income as well as the W2 you'll get from your former part-time job. If you receive any unemployment you'll get a 1099-G from the state and will want to add that onto your return too. Finally, the little bits of income from your new side job will be considered self-employment income, even if no tax form is issued. You would enter those as self-employed (also known as business income) and can deduct any expenses related to the work against the income.
I hope this helps! Thanks for being a TurboTax customer!
