Question for 2022 taxes
Hello. A little background: I'm a single Man living alone; I'm on Social Security Disability (SS) & have a limit of how much I can earn part-time in addition to my benefits; I formerly had a regular part-time job until about July 2022, working about 15/wk. Now, I have a not so regular part-time job working occasionally only 5-8 hrs/wk (events are 2-3 hrs at a time). These hours now are more than previous times of off/on work doing liquor branding work providing sampling. I am being paid directly from a LLC, similarly to a contract position but no contract forms or tax forms filed. What should my filing status be? I am staying within the limits of SS earning and its not a regular job, only now and then work. I have an unemployment claim open but my amount earned weekly is about $25 more than unemployment would provides, so I'm not receiving unempl pay every week.
Okay, there is one question above but I need a bit more tax anticipated info with my facts given above regarding this position. I have completed my taxes the last couple of years with Intuit. Thank you.
