I purchased the Illihnois turbo tax yesterday. Now I am told i have to purchase again. can you please fix this so i can finish my taxes.

....and, if you purchased IL using the Desktop/download software....remember that the purchase of the software for IL does not include the current $25 state efile fee (if that's what you are seeing).
