Purchase of additional state return turbo tax 2024

I have two intuit accounts - - and I have signed into the one that my 2024 product is in but when I try to purchase an additional state it will not go through - - says we hit a snag. I checked my payment method with is a valid card although I could not remove an old obsolete card.

I talked with two reps who were hard to understand (probably not in USA) and after hours on phone it was not resolved.
