Puerto Rico not listed, I can’t seem to file my taxes!?

You can use TurboTax to file your FEDERAL return with the IRS only. You won't be able to use TurboTax to file your Puerto Rico tax return. Also, on screens that ask you to select your state of residence, just select "Foreign or U.S. Possession". The "mailing address" screen has a selection specifically for Puerto Rico.
