Program doesn't open?

Are you using the online version of Turbo Tax or the downloadable/CS version?


If you are using the online version, please try to clear your cookies on the browser, and then try to log back in to see if things are working as they should be. 


If you are using the downloadable/CD version, check to see if there are any updates for the program, and restart your computer.

  1. Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
  2. Select Search in the upper-right corner and then Contact us.
  3. Enter your question, select Let's talk.
  4. Select Get the number then follow the instructions to call us
    • Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
