I am using the desktop version WinPerrelease. The return was rejected. I fixed the error. After I fixed the error, I tried to submit it again. When I click on the transmission, it acts like it is sending it. It doesnt send it. All it does is close the program and start thenprogram back up.
I'm not finding anything about this. Can you try these things?
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
