problem When selecting the Turotax service

Greetings. When selecting Pay Turotax service I have to sign and put the date of the day, but when typing the date I get an error that is incorrect, this error occurs when selecting the option to pay with federal reimbursement. Can somebody help me?

What does the error message say? If your refund isn't enough to pay your TurboTax fees, you won't be able to pay using your refund. If you are filing from a foreign address, using a paper return,  or have Form 8888 in your return, you can't pay with your refund.  See this information about the Refund Processing Service.  Also, you won't be able to pay using your refund until all your forms are finalized.

The error message says "invalid format". Even if you write it correctly. and reimbursement is enough to pay the turbobtax fee.
