Sorry but I don't have any idea what you're talking about. This is an old thread from past years that transferred into this Community forum in May of 2019 on the subject of California filers trying to remove Premium Services (with pay out of refund) from Online TurboTax prior to filing, and then paying upfront with credit/debit card.
I assume you chose this thread based on that subject and have the same issue as the threadowner. But I have no idea if that's the case and what you are doing, since you provided no information.
I don't know if that step that says "Well done" screen is still accurate or not. Watch the video in this FAQ on how to remove add-ons from your order. See if you can get there following the video:

The video in that FAQ says to click on FILE In the left menu, then at next screen click to review Step1 (Review your order.) The video doesn't have a "Well done" screen. That "Well done" screen mentioned in the steps may be old information. If so, just skip that step. Follow the rest of the steps outlined in the FAQ and video.
