Premium Services is an optional add-on package for any paid version of TurboTax Online with a California address that hasn't added MAX.

- Identity Theft Monitoring—If suspicious activity related to your personal identity is detected online, you’ll be notified promptly, and a Dedicated Restoration Specialist can help you quickly react to protect your identity. If you’re filing jointly, both the primary and secondary filer are monitored.
- Identity Theft Insurance—Get reimbursed to recover stolen funds and pay for legal fees and expenses caused by identity theft. If you’re filing jointly, both the primary and secondary filer are covered.
- Priority Care—If you need help now, you'll have a shorter wait time to connect to a TurboTax specialist if you need help with your taxes.
- Included—The option to pay with your refund. We can deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, and send the balance to your bank account.
When purchased between November 1, 2022 – April 18, 2023, coverage lasts from the date purchased through April 30, 2024. When purchased between April 19, 2023 – October 31, 2023, coverage lasts from the date purchased through October 31, 2024.
