Hello,
I’m currently taking the Intuit tax exam, and I’ve run into a system issue. The only fields I’m able to enter data into are the blue-highlighted fields. Any fields that are white/greyed out display NaN, and the system will not allow me to type anything in those boxes.
The problem is that the grading system is still marking those white/NaN fields (like Form 1040 Line 21, 1z, Line 15, Line 33 said NaN, etc.) as incorrect, even though they should be auto-calculated fieldsbased on the blue fields I already entered (for example, Line 33 should auto-fill from Line 25a).
I believe this is a system error, not a mistake on my part. Could you please review my exam attempt and give me credit for the locked/NaN fields, or reset the test so the auto-calculations work correctly?
Thank you,

Sorry--you are asking about this in the wrong place. This is the user forum where we answer tax questions and help with navigating the TT software. We have nothing to do with the tax prep training, nor does anyone in this forum have the ability to "reset" anything.
