In addition, I am from Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union. Is there a direct representative number we can give out to members? Thanks!

Where on the form is it where I can save 15.00 for being a member of the south carolina credit union? I would like to do this for 2020. Also, I have been a member since 1996, is there any way I can get a refund for the past years?

To receive the discount you Must sign onto TurboTax through the link on the credit union website.
No, you cannot receive a credit or refund for prior tax years that were not filed through the credit union link.

If you have an offer from your bank, you must access Turbotax using the special web address provided by your bank to obtain the discount when you check out. Accessing Turbotax via the regular web site will not give you the discount even if you qualify for one. There are no refunds once you check out at a particular price, certainly not going back 25 years. It's up to you to apply the discount if you are eligible.
