Need to double check to void to double-pay State tax

Since I changed my mind I re-checked the box that I was going to pay the state tax on 4/15/19 separately and put my bank account information when I filed the state tax. However I was informed by you that the amount will be deducted from Federal refund. I'm worrying that I will double-pay the state tax. Please advise if I don't need to pay it from my pocket.
