I am in the middle of my IRS filing for 2018.I am currently  not in USA and i don't have any account operational in my name in USA.

Kindly let me know, how can i get my IRS return,  in this case.

What do you mean by account operational ?  do you mean by bank account?

Yes. I don't have any bank account on my name in USA. I used to have BOA.

You can request IRS to send you a check. In the program, 

• make sure you enter your foreign address under section My Info.
• As you follow through the onscreen instructions, under "File", follow prompts.  On the screen, How do you want your refund?", select mail me a check.

Hey Lina. thanks for prompt reply.. Can you let me know that how can i encash the IRS check, post I receive it in my native country.
