Paystubs and Form W-2 are obtained from your employer.
TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099. It would have W-2 and Form 1099 worksheets that included the tax data from the forms that were entered. The worksheets would be included in the PDF of the tax return if you downloaded the PDF to include All forms and worksheets in the tax year the return was completed.
Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee of $37 you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/ics/support/KBAnswer.asp?questionID=3836
You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS by completing a Form 4506-T - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf
See this IRS website for transcripts - http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return to include copies of W-2's from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

Pay stubs, check stubs and the like are not entered on a tax return. You have to get the 2020 W-2 from your employer. Only the 2020 W-2 is entered on a tax return.
I want to see my check stub.
If your employer does electronic deposits then ask them for the access information for your paychecks.
The answer above still stands. If you need your pay stubs you will have to contact your employer. The only two places those exist are with you when you received your paycheck and your employer.
If what you need to do is access your W2 then the easiest way to handle that is still by contacting your employer. If that is not possible for whatever reason, you can obtain a copy of your W2 from the IRS.
In order to do that you need to go to irs.gov and create an account. Once you have finished creating that account you will have access to every piece of paper filed with the IRS with your social security number on it.
