I paid in Turbotax desktop for live support. But it does not reflect that and still wants me to pay. My order number be supplied, It is number my email address.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
Are you asking the $60 (50 for Advantage Plan) button at the top of the Desktop program? Are you in the same return? Sounds like it it only for 1 return so if you have to start a new return (and I would imagine even if you start over with a new return) you have to buy it another time. I found this…..

Additional fees apply; Live Tax Advice Service limited to one individual or joint return only. Additional Live Tax Advice Service may be purchased separately for additional returns. You must purchase the Service within your valid, licensed, installed version of the Software, and you will be required to verify your license and your Intuit Account. While you can request to change the Intuit Tax Expert you work with, the Service is non-refundable.
