Over payment

Turbo tax charged me for deluxe service when I was only paying for the state tax return. In over 20 years, I HAVE NEVER ordered or paid for this! They refuse to give me a refund even though I never used it! BEWARE

If you used the Free Edition then both federal and state returns are free. If you used Deluxe, then you pay separate fees for federal and state---you do not get one of the returns for free.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?
