Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

On my Form 1099-B, there's a section that reads "Form 8949, Part 1 (short term)" and another that reads "Form 8949, Part 2 (long term)". Which do I enter?

I chose to enter a summary for each sales category, then it asks Total proceeds (sum of all 1d), and also Total cost basis (sum of all 1e).

Short-term and long-term are your two categories; enter the two summaries as two separate entries.
