On date you became a resident of Georgia, I am entering 06/28/1997, however it says error and it says that date prior to 2018 cannot be entered?

In the My Info section of the program you should have entered Georgia as your resident state.  If you did Not live in any other state in 2018 you should have indicated you did Not live in any other states.  If you did not earn money in any other states you should have indicated that you did Not earn money in any other states.

Go back to My Info on the left side of the screen and check you entries for your personal information.  If you were a Georgia resident for all of 2018 you will not get any questions concerning the dates of your residency.
