Turbo will pay for this later, but right now... you’re all adding fuel to the fire. We can’t access turbo card because everyone who had one is on there right now looking for answers to the same questions. The load has clearly crashed their system. Regardless, your only option atm is to go to https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment and see what it says. If they do not have information for you, they will get your routing and account number.

Just click the get my refund button, it’ll ask your SSN and such... then it’ll say where your refund is going or if you do not have information with them... then it’ll ask if you want to give them direct deposit info... 

You’ll need your 2019 AGI, 2019 refund amount, your routing number and your account number.

If you need your AGI and Refund amount, you can quickly find it on the TurboTax app (if you still have it) or the TurboTax website. I found mine on my app, make sure you put the AGI and not your actual income last year.

@JonMack  okay thanks I'm going to try that. I didn't think to check the check my refund part since I already got my refund but I'm going to try it out I appreciate your help.

I agree with @JonMack since the link is open https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments the best option is just to double check and if they don’t have your info put it in.  I received a refund advance and got fees deducted and refund deposited on a Turbo Card and IRS didn’t have my info.

Site is down.  Some say they are getting it.  I tried to get on the IRS site and it said it needed my bank info.  I received my refund on a card from you guys.. can you please tell me whats going on?

why when i enter my info it says payment information not available. yet i filed my 2019 return and my direct deposit is to go to my Walmart Money Card.

when I go to the website I'm able to put my info and it pulls this up the only thing is the bank account number is truly the last four digits of my social it's not my account number for my turbo card nor my last year's bank account which is a normal Chase account. Nobody can talk to human anywhere and it doesn't allow me to update my direct deposit information anywhere. So I'm trying to see where you guys are able to put in your new direct deposit info

Mine literally says based on the information on file we cannot give you the status. I filed my 2019 taxes almost a month ago. I dont know why it isn't giving me any information.
