I did as well, but also received a refund advance and the IRS did not have my bank info when I checked I had to update it.

I got my refund on a TT Card this year (advance thing)... IRS said it did not have my info when I checked just now, and it allowed me to put my info in.

I'm having the exact same problem on the get my payment website it shows my account number as the last 4 digits of my social. Does anybody know who we can talk to to figure out what account they're trying to send it in I know my social security number is not a bank account I would think they can see that as well

So can anyone further clarify this for me. My mom is 55 on SSD, We live together and I claimed her as a dependent this year for the first time  due to someones suggestion (stupid). If I dont claim her in 2020 , will she be able to file and get her stimulus check or should I amend my 2019 taxes ?

I've tried calling several different numbers and can't talk to anyone to find out anything.

the app isn't working, I tried to call the number on the back of the card it keeps saying its out of service. My money still isn't in my account and I cant speak with a human on the phone can you please help me!!!

I filled my 2019 taxes on March 28th 2020 but my stimulus check is based on 2018 which would have been lower. Was I too late in filing 2019 and is there anything I can do about this?

@JonMack  when you inputted your bank info did you use the non-filers option even though you did file for 2019? When I click the link that you posted it goes to the website of the IRS that if you're a non-filer to put your bank info there but I filed my taxes for 2019 already and already received my refund should I still put my bank info in there anyway? on the get my payment app it shows they sent the money today to my social security number as the bank account. I have the turbo card and the advancement so to me it does look like if you had to pay your fees or hat the advancement go through sbgt they do not have your correct account information
