NYS taxes figured incorrectly

TurboTax is figuring my NYS tax rate at 17.8%.    The maximum NYS tax is 10.9%.  I am in the 6.85% NYS tax bracket.  I called TurboTax, Joe.  He said that he knew there was a problem and to "mail in your NYS taxes".  Irrelevant answer.  He told me he could give me NYS website.  Irrelevant answer.  I asked when TurboTax will fix and he said I needed to mail in my taxes.  

     SO frustrating --5 hours on the phone yesterday

      SO --When will TurboTax fix this problem? --- you have figured thousands more than I owe.  I need them fixed before I file electronically
