NYS is saying they didn't get my return in 2015 for the year 2014 taxes

NYS says they didn't get me return for 2014 and they have nothing on file but I did it on turbo tax since 2010, so who has my taxes for 2014?????

Doesn't really matter because there is no support or help even though I paid for the extra adult BS. I can't find a check so I think I paid through turbo tax. so the state wants a cancelled check and I don't have one because it was paid through the return.  Oh yeah they don't help anyone. they just take your money. Im done with turbo tax.

TurboTax does not pay your state tax and it cannot be withheld from your federal refund.  If you entered bank account or credit card payment information for your state tax due, you would look at your credit card statements or bank account statements from that period of time to see if the payment was withdrawn.  Only the state can initiate the payment of tax from your accounts.  TurboTax has no way of knowing if your tax payment was withdrawn from your accounts or paid with a credit card.  Your return itself may have been rejected or, if mailed, never received.  You can contact support for help in locating your 2014 return.
