Not saving information

Everytime I click 'Review', enter new information, and click 'Continue', it acts like I didn't do anything. All entries are forgotten, and it's as if I didn't do anything. For example, I can either add income and it won't register it as existing. Even when the answer is simple, such as "Do you still have a home office?" and I say 'no', it doesn't update, and still is highlighted as 'Needs Review'. 

 

I've never had this problem before. Ideas?

Not saving information

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
