Not eligible for electronic filing, lines 6, 7, 11A, 11, 12, 15, 18 have zero on form 1040. How can I fix this so I can still send in electronically?

The e-file system does not support a zero income return. If you need to file electronically, you can try putting $1 of income under interest income.

If i put 1 under income interest it prompts me to fill out a form 1099-int. If this is necessary what do I put for payers name?

Just put an X in the payers name field.
