Not Accepting address

I have tried several times to enter my PSC address into the payment second but each time it flags it as incorrect, when it is not. It has worked with a PSCk address before so i dont know what the problem is.

Hello, irs sent me a letter to my previous address so I will never be able to receive it so what should I do to make IRS send the letter my proper address?
