Not Accepting address

I have tried several times to enter my PSC address into the payment second but each time it flags it as incorrect, when it is not. It has worked with a PSCk address before so i dont know what the problem is.

TurboTax is telling me my daughter's Coverdell ESA distribution doesn't impact my taxes, but that's incorrect. How can I force it to accept it?
