Not Accepting address

I have tried several times to enter my PSC address into the payment second but each time it flags it as incorrect, when it is not. It has worked with a PSCk address before so i dont know what the problem is.

Federal Review says I have to fix this error. "Schedule E Worksheet: QBI Passive Op Loss must be entered." But it will not accept anything I enter. How can I fix this?
