Should I have the same amount on both lines? Box 12 is already filled in with the final donation value. I imported my donations from ItsDeductable, but don't know if Box 10 should be the same amount as Box 12.

Yes. Line 10 and line 12 will be the same on the Noncash Contributions Worksheet.
