No.  Your W-2 income from your work study job does not count as scholarship/awards/financial aid.  

You should enter your W-2 separately from your 1098-T input.

I recieved federal work study, how do I file, is it considered a second employer?

No.  Your W-2 income from your work study job does not count as scholarship/awards/financial aid.  

You should enter your W-2 separately from your 1098-T input.
