I entered the 1099-misc info in the business section. Do I also need to add it in the Personal Income section? It seems like something is wrong with this.

No, you should not enter the same Form 1099-MISC information twice. If it was accounted for in your business income section, then it should stay there - do not again enter the information in the Personal section.
