No, you can only use it everywhere Visa Debit is accepted in the U.S.

The TurboCard can be used anywhere Visa Debit is accepted. You can select the credit option at check out but it still comes out of your bank account. It is not a credit card. Here is some discussion on the topic.

I submitted my federal return and it was accepted. Looking at the filing instructions, it says the amout to be direct debited but the date of withdrawl is empty. Looks like a bug. How do I confirm the date of withdrawl I specified in filing?
