No access to a CPA They say there is but they will not transfer you

I have been trying to reach a CPA for days. They will not transfer you. Only tax advisers. One of them gave me wrong advise. She insisted I follow what she said and click on something that schwab did not insert. And it changed the input and it was wrong. Why does Turbotax say you can talk to a cpa when you can't. So frustrating. These things have already happened to me :- been on hold supposedly for a cpa then an tax adviser comes on, been on hold supposedly for a cpa 10 minutes later, just disconnected. Someone told me to do the final review and ask a for an expert to call two days later no call. Someone asked me to call the 800 number and been on hold then disconnected. I have used Turbotax for many years. I don't know if I can continue to do this.

You can tell the tax advisor that you only want to talk to a CPA.  You will not be transferred.  You will be put on a CPA callback list and called within 24-48 hours.  Explain your issue and leave a diagnostic code so that the CPA can research the issue before calling you back.

i had an appointment for someone to call and no one did. I have been waiting for more than two days for someone to call me about the live final review. No one calls back.
