I'm trying to finish uploading my tax return, but TurboTax is saying there's an error with my federal tax return in Box 14 for the "other" category.
My form has three things in Box 14 - NJDI, NJFLI, and UI/WF/SWF. I've tagged them with the appropriate identification code/description from the dropdown. However TurboTax is saying that my numbers exceed the limits for all three listed.
TurboTax says the max limits are:
UI/WF/SWF: $148
SDI: $60
FLI: $29
I checked NJ's gov treasury's site and the limits seem different on that site. Let me know if I'm misreading this. My numbers fall within those limits on that site.

I'll probably follow up with my workplace this week to double check, but I'd like to hear if I'm doing something wrong on my end on TurboTax. This is the same process that I've done for the past few years and those have gone through without any issues.
Thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue, and found the same site from the NJ Division of Taxation that confirms the maximum limits are different than what TurboTax is reflecting when trying to file my return.
I also contacted a company representative at Paylocity (our company's HRIS) and they confirmed this is an issue on TurboTax's end.
Might be a TurboTax glitch? I had to really play around with how I entered my Box 14 numbers (multiple entries) so that TurboTax would accept it, which is a shame since it seems like it is an issue on their end.
I feel like it's a mistake on TurboTax's end. These limits were probably from 2019 and haven't been updated. It's early on in the year to submit tax returns, but over the next few weeks I guess I'll see if more people run into this issue and it gets fixed.
I tried looking for contact information for the actual company TurboTax, but they like to redirect you to community boards to try and fix people's problems.
The New Jersey forms are not available yet (please see State Form Availability), so even though I think you are entering this on the W-2 screen (right?), you will probably have to wait until the state return is available.
Please keep checking the link above for state availability.
Due to be fixed 29 January...
