New York State Taxes update

I was able to file my Federal Taxes but when I try to file New York state taxes it says to check for updates. When I check for updates it says I am up to date.

I'm having the same problem. I've uninstalled TT and re-installed it twice using the CD version but to no avail.  I've done the selective start and then downloaded the TT manual updater and ran it but that didn't help either.  My Fed return transmitted when I processed it by itself but not NY.  In fact, the Fed replied and said it was accepted.  I'm at my wits end. I've been using TT for years but if this is NOT corrected I will consider other alternatives next year.
