What is the rejection message/code? Which state?

I e-filed my 2020 returns. State return was rejected I do not know how to fix my state return

This is for NYS

I do not have a rejection code

Look for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to fix it.

If you did not receive an email then sign in to TurboTax, select Fix my return, and you will see your reject code and explanation.

If you used Online TurboTax, look for the rejection code/message when you log into the Tax Home and choose Fix Return (see FAQ below). Or look for an email with the rejection code. Also check your email's spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, phone TurboTax Support (contact info below) to get the reason and for help fixing it.
