To get live help with your taxes, sign in into your TubroTax account and once you're in your Tax Return, select the "Get Expert Help" button on the upper right corner of your screen. You will then be connected with a Tax Expert that can give you instructions specific to your tax situation.

Selecting Live tax advice in TurboTax Desktop is in the middle of your blue menu line. Simply click on 'Buy now' for $60 to participate.
