Our dedicated team of tax experts, who have an average of 13 years’ experience, are available when you need them to provide personalized advice and answers to all your tax-related questions for one 2025 tax return.
Here’s how it works:
Install and activate TurboTax Desktop with your Intuit Account.
Enter your license code provided with your purchase.
After you start your TurboTax return, select Live Tax Advice.
Enter your personal and billing information and select Charge my card.
You will be charged $60.
To get started with an expert, select Connect with an expert and you'll be able to request a phone call.
When an expert calls you back at the assigned time, you can ask unlimited questions and get help with this tax return.
If you'd like additional tax advice after your initial phone call:
Open the same tax return.
Select Live Tax Advice.
Select Connect with an expert and you'll be able to request another phone call.

Live Tax Advice purchase option expires October 31, 2026 and must be used by October 31, 2026.
