That doesn't jive.   You wrote "filing my taxes for 2018."    Did you type the wrong year?  What tax year return are you preparing?  Are you preparing a 2019 return and need the 2018 AGI in order to verify the efiling?   Or are you preparing a 2018 return (which doesn't need a prior-year AGI?)

A 2018 return cannot be prepared in Online TurboTax, which is only for 2019 returns.  And a 2018 return cannot be efiled.

So you need to do some explaining, please.

estoy teniendo problemas para hacer mis taxes hace mas de 6 meses  me estan pidiendo  AGI 2018 y solo gane 17,312 porque  el unemplymen me fue negado  yo no puedo poner numeros que no existen
