Need help on 1099B and 1099R

How do I get direct support on these issues?  I upgraded considering it suggested I can get support.  Please advise.  Thanks.

I received a Form 1099-R for "Amounts represents a policy gain from account number Pol LF ________ Resulting from Dividends exceeding premiums.  How do I  list the taxable amount on the Turbo Tax Form.  This is not distributions from pensions, annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance contracts, etc. I do not know how to answer questions on the TurboTax regarding the Gross Distributions, which is different from the taxable amount.  Is is possible that someone from Turbo Tax could speak with me to help me  to complete the entry correctly?  If you could call me, please call [phone number removed] or email me at [email address removed], I really need some sort of answer ASAP.  I need to collect my Stimulus  Check that I never received and is so much needed.

@Dutchin Enter your 1099-R exactly as shown in the Retirement, Pensions, etc. section.  The Taxable Amount is the amount in Box 2a.

The Code in Box 7 tells what kind of distribution it is.
