Slow down---you sound really confused and should not file your tax return yet until you know what you are doing.
Sounds like you were claimed as a dependent on your parents' 2019 return. If you did not file a 2019 return of your own for income YOU received in 2019, then your 2019 AGI is ZERO.
So are you trying to file your first tax return ever now---for 2020? What income did you have? How old were you at the end of 2020? Were you a full-time student in 2020? When you were asked in My Info if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent in 2020 what did you say?
This is my first time filing individually. My total income was 20,434. I was 20 at the end of 2020. I was not a full time student. I do not remember if I put if I was claimed in 2020.
Ok----then since you were not a full-time student in 2020 you cannot be claimed as anyone else's dependent. So make sure that in My Info you answered NO to the question that asked if you could be claimed as a dependent. That is very important. Go back and look. Or look at your Form 1040 and see if the box under the address is checked for whether you can be claimed as a dependent.

And before you file your tax return make sure that you go through the Federal Review section because you should be eligible to receive the stimulus checks as part of your tax refund.
The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return. If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021
The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the FEDERAL REVIEW section. ( you should see "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount”) If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.
Make sure that you enter ALL of the stimulus money received for the 1st and 2nd stimulus for yourself, your spouse and your children.

When it asks for your 2019 AGI use zero.
So the agi is being asked for 2019, and the 1040 my dad is the head of household and the only thing I see my name on there is credit for other dependent. Under standard deduction it is blank. I also tried to submit my AGI 0 twice and it came back rejected twice.
Wait----are you also looking at your dad's tax return? Did your father claim you as a dependent for 2020? If he did that it is a mistake for him to claim you this time. He will need to amend his return and remove you as a dependent. You do not fit the criteria to be claimed as a dependent---based on what you have told us. Since you were NOT a full-time student in 2020 and were older than 19 at the end of 2020 AND had more than $4300 of income---no one can claim you.
On YOUR tax return you must say that you CANNOT be claimed as a dependent. Get that right---and you get $1800 stimulus in your pocket along with your tax refund.
But ....if Dad already filed and claimed you---that is why your e-file is being rejected. He used your SSN on his return. You cannot e-file. You have to print, sign your return in ink on the line that says "Sign here", date it, and mail it in. Even if Dad amends, you will not be able to e-file this year.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Here are the rules Dad has to use for claiming you:
