I live in Canada and I can't use my Canadian credit card

There is no other way. For fee payment, we can only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards with a U.S. billing address. Another option is to pay your fees with your federal refund, also known as Pay With My Refund (charges of $39.99 for that service).

Since you live in Canada, you should use TurboTax for Canadians.
