After being on hold for 94 minutes with Turbo Tax, the representative told me to go into my Account, click on "any year and licenses and download" which took me to the next page. I put in the field the License Key, per her suggestion, but it does not bring me to a download option. It says "unable to retrieve." I suggested to her that perhaps it was because I bought it at Costco that year, and she said no. It should come up.
What do I do now? Any suggestions?

The downloads would be saved in your TurboTax account. Is it possible that you used a different TurboTax log-in in 2021 than you used in subsequent years?
Thank you for the fast reply! I had bought 2021 tax year at Costco, therefore it is not in my products list to download. However, when I brought that up to the representative, she said it does not matter. To click on any "license and download" link and type in the key and it would give me a download option. Instead I get an error.
Oh I gotcha, you are saying even if purchased elsewhere the download would still show? Okay, there could be another account I used. I will try another email and see if I make progress. Thank you again!
Did you install it before or is this the first time? Did you buy the CD or the download from Costco?
It was a download, and I had downloaded it before on a different laptop. Costco receipt history doesn't go back far enough for me to try and re-access the original product link.

Update:
My 3rd call to Turbo Tax resolved this. I got a representative who supplied me with an entire new 2021 tax year link into my account with a new key. This was huge. She stayed on the phone to make sure it loaded, opened my 2021.tax file correctly and got the state return downloaded as well.
Interesting to note: Robert posed a question on whether another account had been used. On my 2nd computer (I toggle between 2 with my Logi options) it was prompting a signin with a different email. I clicked and signed in with it, and it's the same account. So the point I'm making is that even with 2 different emails, they logged me into the exact same personal Turbo Tax portal (versus 2 distinct and separate accounts)
with same view, data, history, etc.
Thank you both for your assistance!
